Below you will find my pricing for all single services and packages for what I offer. Each package varies with price based on square footage and all prices listed are the base price. In the description, the ranging of prices are explained in further detail for full transparency. Prices do not include tax for your area.
25 - 40 Real Estate Photos
$209
This package will include 25 real estate photos of your upcoming listing. Exteriors and interiors will be provided showing angles of every room, area etc. Photos will be available within 24 hours of the time of the job.
32 Photos: $229
40+ Photos: $249+
5 - 7 Drone Images
$99
With the addition to the photo package you previously want to book above, this package will add on 5-7 photos using my DJI drone to showcase the property from a higher perspective.
3D Matterport Tour
$.10 Per Sq/ft ~ Up to 3,000 Sq/
A 3-D Matterport tour is a great way to showcase your listing with an interactive 3D model where clients can "walk through the home" by clicking on various scans, creating a model of your listing. Price varies by square footage.
Landing Page
$99
A landing page is a great way to showcase all your marketing onto one page. This landing page is branded with your info, all the information for your listing and a personalized URL of your listing address.
Cinematic Video Walkthrough
$349
Create a cinematic movie showing off all the features of your listing! These videos can include videos, property descriptions, music and transitions to create that enticing grab for your future buyers.
Frequently Asked Questions
How quick will I have photos back?
Depending on the package you order, the timeframe could vary between 1-3 days. A normal 25-40 photo package can be delivered within 24 hours. Services like floorplans, Matterport tours and landing pages might take 48-72 hours to ensure a quality product delivered.
What areas do you cover?
I currently work Clark/Cowlitz county but also travel outside these areas. I have traveled as far as Salem, Oregon to Port Angeles, Wa. If the job site or meeting area is outside Cowlitz county, a trip charge will be added to the ordered package. Rates vary so contact me with additional questions
What if I am not quite ready on the scheduled day?
As a previous Realtor, I totally understand how tough it is to organize a seller for pictures, especially if they are still living in the home. I ask, if possible, to let me know a good 24 hours in advance so I can fill your spot. Cancellations same day will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
How do I pay you and receive photos?
Once the photos and other services are complete, they will be uploaded into your listing created by your previous order form. From there, you will receive an email where you can access the download center for your content. There will be a "Pay Now" feature and once payment is processed, your content will be immediately available.
