Below you will find my pricing for all single services and packages for what I offer. Each package varies with price based on square footage and all prices listed are the base price. In the description, the ranging of prices are explained in further detail for full transparency. Prices do not include tax for your area.
25 - 40 Real Estate Photos
$229+
This package will include 25 real estate photos of your upcoming listing. Exteriors and interiors will be provided showing angles of every room, area etc. Photos will be available within 24 hours of the time of the job.
32 Photos: $249
40+ Photos: $269
How quick will I have photos back?
Depending on the package you order, the timeframe could vary between 1-3 days. A normal 25-40 photo package can be delivered within 24 hours. Services like floorplans, Matterport tours and landing pages might take 48-72 hours to ensure a quality product delivered.
What areas do you cover?
I currently work Clark/Cowlitz county but also travel outside these areas. I have traveled as far as Salem, Oregon to Port Angeles, Wa. If the job site or meeting area is outside Cowlitz county, a trip charge will be added to the ordered package. Rates vary so contact me with additional questions
What if I am not quite ready on the scheduled day?
As a previous Realtor, I totally understand how tough it is to organize a seller for pictures, especially if they are still living in the home. I ask, if possible, to let me know a good 24 hours in advance so I can fill your spot. Cancellations same day will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
How do I pay you and receive photos?
Once the photos and other services are complete, they will be uploaded into your listing created by your previous order form. From there, you will receive an email where you can access the download center for your content. There will be a "Pay Now" feature and once payment is processed, your content will be immediately available.
